BREWERS from across the High Country converged at Dinner Plain on Wednesday for their fourth annual collaborative brewing day.
Three new micro-brewers joined the four founding members of Victoria’s High Country Brewery Trail for the annual event, sharing their skills to create a commemorative Belgian Ale.
Founding member, Black Dog Brewery’s James Booth, said it was the fourth time the collaborative session had been held, although this time it was hosted by trail newcomer, Blizzard Brewing.
He said it was a good opportunity check out the new brewery for the first time and also catch up with the fellow brewers.
“I hadn’t been up there before and it looks like a nice setup,” he said.
