INAUGURAL EVENT: The Merton Campdraft Club ran its first campdraft at the Merton Recreation Reserve over the weekend of April 15 and 16 with the rain failing to dampen the spirits of competitors and organisers.

According to the club's secretary, Lisa Smith, they managed to get six out of the seven event program completed before the wet weather set in.
