THE 34th Annual Stock & Land Beef Week hosted by Stud Beef Victoria is shaping up to be one of our best.
Almost 150 cattle studs will be opening their gates for the 2025 Beef Week that is held across Victoria, the Riverina and the south-east of South Australia.
Set to run from January 29 to February 5, the eight-day event is set to show-case over 7000 bulls representing 15 different beef breeds.
These sale bulls will be expected to gross a staggering $70 million during Beef Week and at on-property and multi-vendor offerings following.
Beef Week offers the perfect opportunity for studs to open their gates and showcase their quality herd to new and existing clients and seed-stock producers.

We are very pleased with this year’s Beef Week registrations, welcoming twenty new stud listings, as well as many returning studs, some of which have been with us since Beef Week's inception in 1991.
Stock & Land Beef Week is conducted by the not-for-profit body - Stud Beef Victoria - which represents all breeds in the state via a sub-committee.

This year we are very pleased to re-launch our Heifer Challenge competition.
Over twenty studs have registered to compete against each other with a pen of ten heifers representing nine breeds.
The heifer challenge will be a perfect opportunity for studs to showcase their female herd progeny and blood lines.
This year we have included a digital map which will assist attendees to plan their visits and get around each day efficiently to ensure more time can be spent on property looking at cattle.

Beef Week is a chance to showcase your enterprise to producers, breeders and buyers with many of the nation's leading British and European breed studs open during Beef Week.
Sale catalogues will be available and sale bulls penned and identified for potential buyers.
Potential buyers use Beef Week to assess sale bulls at many studs at their own pace and return on sale day or bid online.
It is an opportunity to assess bulls from numerous studs and advise clients where they can find bulls to suit their management plan and environment.
