JADE Park’s commitment to reliability has been further enhanced by the stud's well researched infusion of New Zealand bulls in our AI and Embryo program.

Genomics has presented further data to support and reinforce Jade Park's selection process, while the McLean's commitment to reliability has been boasted by breeding and using bulls with the highest foot ratings and true docility.
The challenge is to make genetic enhancement without sacrificing the stud's phenotype selection (thick, deep and square).
"We feel the bull selections from New Zealand bring true softness, do ability, sound structure, high fertility and virility - proven genetics in often harsh farming conditions," said Andrew.
"With our ongoing NZ infusion, we have a strong connection to some leading NZ Angus herds – Taimate Angus, Turiroa Angus and Meadowslea Angus.
"NZ Taimate Lazarus was a very successful sire and in demand last year.
"And in 2025 his stable buddy NZ Taimate Roy will feature."
NZ Taimate Roy has already been used in some of Australia’s leading studs with semen also sold in to the USA commanding enormous money.
NZ Meadowslea R818 is a bull Jade Park own in partnership with Meadowslea.
"They have had great success selling his sons in New Zealand and we also have sons to present in our March bull sale," Andrew said.
"Meadowslea bought a cracker of a bull - Kincardine Rainstorme - which has been marketed in Australia and we have sons by him available.
"Millah Murrah needs no introduction, and we have some impressive sons by Millah Murrah Rembrandt."
Jade Park bought an embryo calf at the Premier dispersal sale by Millwillah Napa out of the Dream Cow K42.
"This bull Premier Napa R72 has matured fantastically, a true heifer bull with low birthweight, and with the number one foot ranking in Australia and second in the world." The team at Jade Park know his sons will certainly impress.
A $200,000 Canadian bull, HF Alcatraz, will also feature at the stud's March sale with some neat and tidy sons with great feet and shape going under the hammer.
"We have some fantastic new genetics coming through by Sitz Stellar, Turiroa Complete, Banquet Quarter Pounder, Taimate Tama T83, Millah Murrah Rector R53, Millah Murrah Trigger, Ellingson Rangeland, Millah Murrah Sun Struck plus our own beautiful boy Jade Park Turbo T104.
"Our Turbo calves are all the same, low birthweight, quiet and grow quick and thick.
"Like their father they are trusting, slick skinned, with beautiful heads, kind eyes, thick and deep with neat little feet.
"We are excited as Turbo leaves his mark with all his matings."
Turbo’s two embryo sisters also present an exciting opportunity to create new genetic pathways for the North East enterprise.
"Our top donor Jade Park M45 (A241daughter) has again created some excellent calves from a Jade Park Turbo flush," said Andres
For the first time, Jade Park heifers pregnancy tested in calf will be available at the Jade Park bull sale in March.
The heifers are artificially inseminated to NZ Taimate Tama T83 and Jade Park Turbo T104.
"They represent a great opportunity to jump up to the front of our program," said Andrew.
The heifers alongside Jade Park's stand-out sires and draft bulls will be on display at Stock and Land Beef Week on Tuesday February 4 with Jade Park again throwing open their gates on Sunday March 9 for inspections before the stud's March 26 sale.
